At Linden Kids we believe that respect for the child works only when children learn to respect one another. In our regular courtesy circles we show each other every day how much an ordinary little word like “thank you” matters, how to help a friend who has fallen, and how to listen to one another. We learn healthy boundaries and humanity, and we nurture the emotional intelligence that lays firm foundations for a safe and kind environment.

We live these values with the children not only in our inspiring setting, but we also take them with us outside, beyond the walls of our children's group. As soon as the weather allows, Brno is ours! We grab our backpacks and set off for culture — to museums, galleries and parks — because we believe that the best programme for life happens outdoors.

At Linden Kids we focus on what children naturally excel at. To us, every child is a unique personality with their own talent, which we sensitively detect and help to develop. We are also equipped to work with exceptionally gifted children — our team consists of trained, experienced staff who have completed specialised courses on working with talented children. This allows us to recognise each child's specific strengths and offer them stimulation tailored precisely to their abilities.

The heart of our days is the morning block with Montessori materials, which develop children's logical thinking, intellect and deep concentration. We then shape the afternoons by theme — devoting time to English, science, art, music, sport and trips. Wednesdays, moreover, belong to a specialised programme for preschoolers. We believe in an open partnership with the family, and so every three months we fine-tune your child's next little steps with you individually, to support their unique potential to the fullest and prepare them for a successful start at their future school.

We nurture technical and logical talent in collaboration with Smart Bricks, a Brno-based learning centre – children playfully explore LEGO® Education sets, robotics and early STEM skills.

At Linden Kids we know you don’t have to be alone in your children’s harmonious development. We are here for you as a steady partner who has your back and guides you through the whole process with complete calm — from the gentle, individual adaptation of your little one to expert consultations about the options and the choice of the best schools in Brno. We fully adapt our opening hours to the pace of the modern family. Until 5 p.m. children enjoy meaningful time with us, full of inspiring activities among friends, so you can finish your plans in peace and come home with a clear head.

We know how much the morning atmosphere matters, which is why we have removed all the logistical stress. Our kindergarten sits in a quiet cul-de-sac where you can park safely right in front of the entrance and turn the morning rush into a calm goodbye with a kiss for the road. We accept children from 2 to 6 years, which gives families with siblings the luxury of having everything under one roof. For the youngest children we are also happy to offer the flexible option of a shared place 2 or 3 days a week. We work with you so that your family and working life are in perfect balance.

Behind the name of our children's group lies a deep childhood dream of mine. I grew up beneath the crown of an old, broad-branched linden tree that for me embodied absolute safety, security and the sweetest scent of summer in full bloom. It was my hideaway, my anchor and my teacher in sensing the rhythm of nature.

Today I want to pass this precious feeling on to your children. I wish for Linden Kids to be the very same support for them — a place with the scent of home, where in a respectful environment they can put down deep roots, discover the world with all their senses and grow into strong, independent and happy people.
