A story of determination, education and a mother's love.
Every big project has its beginning. Ours didn't start at a desk, but at home, with my two amazing children. They were my greatest teachers and showed me a path that completely captivated me and drew me into the fascinating world of children — a world that has always appealed to me with its honesty and colour.
Discovering the world of childhood and uniqueness
When my first daughter was born, I was looking for a way to understand her better and grow closer to her. Discovering Montessori education was a pivotal moment for me — it showed me how to look at the world through a child's eyes and with deep respect. With my second child, I was captivated by the theory of psychological types, which helped me understand that every child is born with a unique personality. Our task is not to remake them, but to discover their natural gifts and help them flourish.
When motherhood becomes a profession
I am someone who refuses to stand still and loves to keep moving forward. So, alongside my second child, I began distance studies in preschool and extracurricular education. From the very start I turned theory into practice in inspiring environments:
- A world of global standards: I began working in one of the best Montessori kindergartens in Brno, right in the English-speaking classroom.
- A school of endless patience: In the Montessori nursery I learned how profound and important the youngest children's journey to true independence is, through the elements of practical life.
- Bringing it all together: I then put my knowledge to use in a Montessori classroom for children aged 3 to 6, where I worked comprehensively and intensively on every aspect of preschool development and a respectful approach.
- Educational diagnostics and nurturing talent: Alongside my classroom work, I independently pursued counselling, educational diagnostics and focused work with gifted children, which let me understand the specific needs of children's talent far more deeply.
Over my years of practice I earned the internationally recognised AMI assistant certificate, a Montessori teacher course (for ages 3–6), a first-aid course (which I actively renew each year as an instructor on children’s skiing courses for primary-school pupils) and an indoor climbing instructor certificate. Moving in nature and the fresh air is still my greatest personal way to unwind — and an essential element I want to give the children at Linden Kids too.
My greatest pride and proof in practice
I invested all my knowledge, my respectful approach and systematic preparation into my own children. My greatest personal and professional pride is that I managed to prepare them successfully for one of the most prestigious primary schools in Brno.
That was the moment the circle closed. I realised that all these gathered experiences, the nights spent over books and the years of practice in elite institutions were not something I wanted to keep just for myself. I wanted to pour them into a project of my own — a place that would carry deep meaning and help other families.
What is my goal? The result I live and breathe for.
Linden Kids was not founded as an ordinary institution. It was born as a safe harbour for children's healthy growth. My goal is for children to leave us:
- Independent and inwardly stable — ready to confidently handle the move to quality primary schools.
- Curious and brave — with a love of movement, nature and natural, everyday English.
- Seen as individuals — in a place where we know their strengths and talents.
I believe we can achieve all of this only if we are on the same wavelength as you — the parents. Partnership with the family and open, direct communication are absolutely fundamental to me. After all, we share a common goal: a happy child who explores the world with a smile and with courage.
Come and join us.
